Where, “1 master clock period” means one period of the
master clock used for the analog module.
Accuracy” in the above table means a fixed delay that
could not be compensated by the analog module’s timing
calibration. Further, it has repeatability; if a test is done
under certain conditions of the analog module, the analog
module always starts “Trigger-to-Signal Delay
± the fixed
delay” after receiving the trigger signal when the “Uncer-
tainty” is zero.
Uncertainty” means the dispersion of the start timing of
the analog module. It has no repeatability; the start timing
of the analog module may be different even if the test is
done under the same conditions. The analog module starts
in the uncertainty range around the “Trigger-to-Signal
Delay
± the fixed delay” point after receiving the trigger
signal. See the following figure.
